Configure, troubleshoot, test, and optimize BY SCPO applications.
Design integration solutions with SAP, Oracle ERP, and legacy systems.
Support UAT, pilot deployments, and warranty phases.
Develop SOPs and knowledge documents for support teams.
Resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) for recent enhancements.
Train team members on functional, technical, and integration aspects.
Recommend cutting-edge solutions to improve business value.
