Location: Yelahanka Old Town, Bangalore Job Type: Internship (Full-Time) Duration: 3–6 Months About the RoleCore Campus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to help promote our training and internship programs. This role is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential students and clients through calls, emails, and social media. Explain our courses, internships, and training programs. Generate and qualify leads. Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

Schedule counseling sessions and meetings. Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Support the sales and marketing team in promotional activities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.



RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Any Stream). Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage).

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace. Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

SkillsSales or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory). Good presentation and persuasion skills. Positive attitude and willingness to meet targets. BenefitsInternship Certificate.
