A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales and revenue targets.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
Prepare and share sales reports and market feedback with management.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (Freshers can also apply, depending on the role).

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
