Job Title: Business Development Executive / Trainee

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic BDE to join our in office sales team and drive B2B growth in AI, Blockchain, and Web3 domains. You’ll engage in lead generation, outreach, client relationship building, and strategic partnerships while working closely with the tech and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily outreach leads via LinkedIn, Discord, etc. using BD scripts

Engage founders/investors and initiate strategic conversations

Source 10–20 qualified Web3/AI leads via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and scraping tools

Update CRM (HubSpot/Notion) with 20–30 qualified leads daily

Conduct follow-ups and manage the BD pipeline





Collaborate with the onsite sales team to drive B2B deals and revenue

Research competitors and identify recent partnership opportunities

Track sales KPIs and prepare daily reports

Required Skills:

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Familiarity with BD tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI CRMs

Basic understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems

CRM & pipeline management (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable)

Data-driven mindset and research capability

Ability to meet high-volume outreach KPIs

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
