Lead P&L; ownership for the business unit—set revenue targets, optimize cost structures, and deliver scalable profitability.

Build and manage high-performance teams across sales, operations, and channel partnerships, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Forge strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, and advisory networks to expand distribution footprint and deepen client penetration.

Monitor regulatory and market shifts,



adapting product offerings and compliance frameworks to ensure business continuity and competitive edge.

Report directly to the CEO and board with actionable insights, KPIs, and roadmap execution across sales, tech enablement, and client experience.
