The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge with exceptional relationship management skills and a proven ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue current business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market, including partnerships, licensing agreements, and distribution channels
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to regional and market-specific requirements
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, distributors, and industry partners
Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth potential




Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and documentation for prospective partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, and operations to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage
Track and report on key performance metrics, sales pipelines, and business development activities

Qualifications
10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or Pharmacies.
Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including product categories, regulatory landscape, and industry dynamics
Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities
