Role Summary

Lead execution of Fractional CHRO engagements across multiple clients. Work closely with founders and senior leaders, drive people and organization solutions, and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities
Build robust working relationships with founders and senior leaders.
Execute org design, job grading, performance systems, talent processes, and culture initiatives.
Manage timelines, documentation, reviews, and delivery standards.
Collaborate with consultants and analysts to drive outcomes.
Apply structured thinking to diagnose issues and create practical solutions.
Mentor junior consultants and support internal playbook development.

Experience

7 12 years in HRBP, OD, Talent, or HR consulting roles.

Education

MBA/PGDM in HR (required); additional HR certifications (preferred).
