Role Description The Beauty Advisor – Retail will provide personalized product recommendations, demonstrate product usage, and guide customers through Kimirica’s self-care offerings in an engaging and professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, explaining product perks, and supporting them in building a tailored routine with Kimirica products. The role also involves achieving retail sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards,



managing stock replenishment on the sales floor, and ensuring the store environment is clean and inviting.

The Beauty

Advisor will handle customer queries, support billing and checkout, and contribute to customer feedback collection to improve overall store experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. Qualifications

Strong retail sales skills with a focus on product knowledge and upselling.

Ability to deliver excellent customer service and enhance overall customer experience.

Clear and confident communication skills to explain product features and benefits.

Commitment to customer satisfaction through attentive listening and responsive support.

Interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness, with willingness to learn about vegan and cruelty-free products.

Prior experience in retail, beauty, or hospitality is an advantage.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.

Basic computer literacy and comfort using point-of-sale systems.

Qualified, approachable demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with store teams.
