Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CAE Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Patran and Nastran to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in finite element modeling (FEM), structural analysis, and simulation for mechanical components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality finite element models using MSC Patran .
Perform structural analysis using MSC Nastran for static, energetic, modal, buckling, and fatigue simulations.
Prepare, review, and validate FEA models based on engineering requirements.
Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations for design improvements.
Collaborate with design and product engineering teams to optimize product performance.
Perform mesh quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prepare technical reports, analysis documentation, and presentations.
Support design validation and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills




2+ years of experience in MSC Patran and MSC Nastran .
Strong understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) concepts.
Experience in structural, linear, and nonlinear analysis.
Knowledge of meshing techniques, element selection, and boundary conditions.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with aerospace, automotive, or heavy engineering components.
Knowledge of fatigue, vibration, and thermal analysis.
Familiarity with HyperMesh, Abaqus, or ANSYS is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of Python or automation scripting is a plus.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in product development and simulation-driven design will be an advantage.
