We are looking for a Brand Growth Lead who can build strong brand direction, identify organic growth opportunities, and help shape how the business is positioned in the market. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, understands consumer behavior, and can turn ideas into transparent marketing actions. The focus is on brand building, organic growth, content strategy, market positioning, partnerships, campaigns, and business-led marketing.

This is not a pure performance marketing role. We are looking for someone whose strength lies in brand thinking, strategy, organic traction, communication, and execution. Key Responsibilities:
Build brand, marketing, and organic growth strategies
Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and positioning gaps
Develop campaign ideas, content direction, and brand communication plans
Work on organic growth through content, community, partnerships, PR, and strategic marketing initiatives
Collaborate with leadership, creative, content, and sales teams to execute plans




Track marketing outcomes and suggest improvements based on business goals
Bring fresh ideas to improve brand visibility, audience trust, and customer traction Ideal Candidate:
Robust understanding of brand strategy, marketing strategy, and organic growth
Ability to think beyond paid ads and performance marketing
Good sense of consumer psychology, positioning, storytelling, and market trends
Comfortable working in a rapid-moving, founder-led environment
Strong communication, ownership, planning, and execution skills
Prior experience in brand, marketing, growth, D2C, startups, strategy, or consulting is preferred Compensation:

The salary budget for this role is up to INR 80,000 per month, depending on interview performance, skillset, relevant experience, and overall fit. We are looking for someone who can connect brand, strategy, and growth to help build a business that stands out.
