Role Description The Business Development Intern role is an in office internship based in Gurugram. The intern will support lead generation activities, including identifying potential corporate clients, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing target segments, assisting in preparing sales pitches and presentations, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective clients.





The intern will collaborate closely with the business development and operations teams to understand client needs, support proposal creation, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role offers exposure to the employee engagement ecosystem and opportunities to learn structured sales processes and client relationship management.

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed business decisions.

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and maintain professional client interactions.

Lead Generation and Market Research abilities to identify target companies, map decision-makers, and gather insights on potential opportunities.

Interest in business development, sales, or HR solutions, with the ability to learn quickly in a quick-paced environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace tools and basic CRM or lead-tracking platforms.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in office in Gurugram.
