Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from their rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and hotel amenities.
Deliver guest messages, parcels, newspapers, and other items as required.
Assist guests by providing basic information about the hotel and nearby attractions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area.
Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Handle guest requests promptly and politely.
Report any lost and found items or maintenance issues to the concerned department.
Follow hotel grooming standards, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per hour
