As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and client acquisition. Your primary focus will be on identifying, prospecting, and securing recent business opportunities, with a specific emphasis on the English and Hindi-speaking market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both languages, along with a solid understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.

Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with potential clients to present our products/services and understand their business needs.

Develop and nurture solid relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process and improve overall efficiency.

Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.





Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse client base.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the delivery or account management teams.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
