We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for customer success and a solid ability to convert leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
Schedule and conduct onsite client meetings to present products/services and understand customer requirements
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships
Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, support, product) to improve the customer experience




Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
Proven experience in a Business Development role
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
