Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a positive and friendly conversation with customers.
Follow up with customers as required.
Record customer details and update call-related information in the system.
Escalate customer issues to the concerned team when required.
Maintain customer confidentiality and company standards
