What You’ll Do  Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key accounts—from onboarding and relationship nurturing to upselling and renewals.

 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value.

 Identify growth prospects within existing accounts by understanding client goals and aligning solutions accordingly.

 Conduct regular review meetings and product demonstrations to showcase ongoing value and explore upsell potential.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.

 Maintain detailed account activity and progress in CRM systems.

 Adapt to Lloyds' learning culture—actively participate in LMS modules, team workshops, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

What You Need To Have/ Bring To The Table  1+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success,



or Enterprise Client Handling, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT products.

 A strategic mindset and strong relationship-building skills to engage with key stakeholders.

 Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

 Excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up skills.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.

 Curiosity to understand client pain points and offer consultative solutions.

 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
