: Business Development Executive (Fresher/Intern)

Eligibility: BTech / BCA Freshers or Final Year Students

Experience: 0–1 Year (Internship experience preferred, not mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or students who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and growing a business. You will be trained on the job and given the opportunity to work directly with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business leads through cold calling, emails, and networking
Reach out to potential clients and explain company products/services
Schedule and attend meetings/calls with prospective clients
Maintain and update the CRM/lead database on a daily basis
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, support)



to ensure client satisfaction
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the reporting manager
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts (added advantage)

Educational Qualification
BTech / BCA (Freshers or students in final semester)
Internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred
