Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain the company's products and services clearly to customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Follow up with customers as required.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in any one of the following languages is required:
Malayalam
Kannada
Telugu
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
