Frameboxx Institute is looking for a Business Development Associate to handle student counselling and admissions.
Responsibilities
Counsel students about courses and career options.
Handle incoming leads and enquiries.
Follow up with students through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
Explain course details, fees, and admission process.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the team for admission activities.
Requirements
1 – 3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, or business development.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and valuable at follow-ups.
Experience in the education industry is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
