Responsibilities:

Lead Identification &
Validation:
Identifying potential IHB leads within the assigned area
Validate construction sites & tag them to the nearest retail counters.

Customer Engagement &
Follow Up:
Maintain continuous engagement with customers until repeat usage of materials is confirmed.
Educate customers on Rustguard & its advantages in construction.
Serve as a liaison between IHB, Master Masons, and retail counters to ensure smooth operations.

Mason &
Engineer Engagement:
Ensure Master Masons are registered on Jeevan Saathi & maintain 80% active engagement throughout the year.
Organize small Mason meets to build strong relationships and encourage product loyalty.
Register Civil Engineers with Bandhan & ensure regular follow-up on their engagement.

Casting Services Support:
Provide support for casting services, ensuring quality & timely execution.
Coordinate with the technical team for casting-related requirements & solutions.





Training &
Development:
Conduct regular interactions with master masons, retail counters

Desired Candidature:
Solid communication & interpersonal skills to build relationships with IHBs, Masons &
Retail Counters.
Ability to work independently & manage a diverse set of responsibilities.
Understanding of building material products, specially TMT bars &
RustGurad.
Basic technical knowledge in construction & ability to provide casting services support.
Two wheeler is mandatory.
Has to be smart with valuable communication (In Local Language and English)
Within the age bracket of 22 to 25.
0 to 3 years of field experience in the Steel/Cement industry is preferred.
Qualification
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Graduation - Any (Must)
