Role Description This is an in office internship role based in Ghaziabad for a Business Operations position. The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, including tracking key performance metrics, maintaining internal dashboards, and assisting with process documentation. The role involves analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

The intern will also help with customer-facing processes, coordinate with support teams to address user issues, and contribute to operational reports and business insights.

Qualifications
