The Branch Head will be responsible for leading and managing the branch operations, driving business growth in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP), achieving sales targets, ensuring portfolio quality, and managing a team of sales and operations specialists. The role requires strong leadership, business development, customer relationship management, and compliance oversight.

Business Development & Sales
Drive branch business growth through Home Loans and LAP products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement and revenue targets.
Develop and execute local market strategies to increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Team Management
Lead, motivate,



and manage the branch sales and operations team.
Set individual and team performance goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
Ensure productivity and target achievement across the team.
