Role Description This is a full time, in office Caller role based in Lucknow. The Caller will contact potential and existing clients to present property options, share key project details, and generate interest in residential and commercial offerings.

Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to incoming inquiries, maintaining call records, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team. The role involves following up on leads, updating client information in internal systems, and coordinating with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure smooth communication. The Caller is expected to maintain professional phone etiquette,



adhere to call scripts where applicable, and contribute to achieving lead conversion and client satisfaction targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and transparent telephone etiquette skills.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, CRM or lead management familiarity, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, customer service, and handling objections with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Candidates should possess time management, organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in telesales, customer support, or calling roles; real estate experience is an advantage.
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Lucknow and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
Candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
