Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Associate role based in Jammu.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and support the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, participating in client meetings, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with technical and commercial requirements, following up with potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.

Effective presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering transparent, persuasive presentations.

Lead generation expertise, including identifying prospects, managing outreach, and nurturing opportunities.

Market research capabilities to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the solar and energy sector.

Basic understanding of solar energy solutions or willingness to learn quickly;

experience in renewable energy or EPC services is an advantage.

Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Jammu, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a quick-paced environment.
