Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum across the school.
candidates with solid Cambridge curriculum leadership experience.
Ensure compliance with Cambridge International standards, policies, and assessment requirements.
Plan, review, and monitor curriculum delivery to maintain academic excellence.
Develop yearly academic plans, curriculum maps, and assessment schedules.
Mentor, coach, and support Cambridge teachers to enhance teaching quality.
Conduct classroom observations and provide regular feedback to teachers.
Organize career development programs and Cambridge training sessions.
Monitor student academic performance and implement intervention strategies where required.
Coordinate formative and summative assessments, moderation, and reporting.
Oversee Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE,



and AS & A Level examination processes (where applicable).
Liaise with Cambridge International for registrations, examinations, inspections, and official communication.
Maintain all academic records and documentation related to the Cambridge programme.
Ensure effective implementation of inquiry-based, learner-centered teaching practices.

Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant subject or Education.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
Cambridge International career development certification (preferred).

Experience
8–12 years of teaching experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Cambridge leadership or coordination role.
