Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and onboard new restaurant and vendor partners, nurture existing relationships, and ensure partners are set up for long-term success on the platform. The role includes conducting market research, developing outreach plans, presenting Eatskart’s value proposition, and negotiating agreements that align with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, and providing regular feedback to improve partner and customer experiences.





The Executive is expected to meet growth targets, represent the brand professionally in the local market, and participate in field visits, meetings, and events as required.

Qualifications

Demonstrated business development or sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.

Robust communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present clearly, handle objections, and close agreements.

Solid analytical and research abilities to understand local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and partner accounts efficiently.

Comfort working in office in Jaipur, conducting field visits, and engaging directly with partners and stakeholders.

Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems; familiarity with food-tech or e-commerce is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
