Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Dadri in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding EduInfinite Learning’s reach and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients, and presenting EduInfinite’s services to potential partners. The role involves conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and supporting negotiations to close deals.

Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, track performance against targets, and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Solid business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.

Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to clearly explain services and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of marketing and outreach activities, such as coordinating events, campaigns, or partnerships to increase brand visibility.

Solid analytical and research skills to understand market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; relevant experience in education or career services is a plus.
