The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Media Planners, Ad Traffickers, Optimizers, and/or Sales Coordinators to manage day-to-day operations. He/She will work with the Digital Design Team (Ad Ops) throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development, and implementation of campaigns/orders. Also, oversees the production process and acts as liaison between clients, internal and external sales representatives, managers, and other cross-functional departments.

Qualifications - Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in online marketing, digital advertising, mobile or related workplace (DSP)
Experience in developing and implementing various digital advertising strategies
Must have solid understanding of marketing principles, audience targeting and data collection methods.
Knowledgeable on agency and publisher advertisement tags, performance metrics for advertising campaigns, scheduling and reporting preparation.
Must demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities
