Business Development Executive (BDE) - US Staffing (Remote)

Job Summary

Vizva Consultancy Services is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote US staffing team. The ideal candidate will have top-notch communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship management in the US staffing and recruitment market.

Note: This is a fully remote position operating during US shift timings (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilitie
sIdentify and generate recent business opportunities in the US staffing/recruitment industry
.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the US market
.Conduct cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and active lead generation
.Understand client hiring requirements thoroughly and coordinate seamlessly with internal recruitment teams
.Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and client presentations with key decision-makers
.Negotiate contracts, billing rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
.Prepare professional business reports,



proposals, and pitches
.Work closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth delivery

s.Experienc e: Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales (prior experience in US Staffing or IT Staffing is strongly preferred
