The engagement will include
Day-to-day BSS operational support, monitoring, reporting, and incident management.
Management of Order-to-Activation processes and proactive system health monitoring.
Coordination with engineering teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Support across BSS/OSS domains including CRM, Mediation, Charging, Billing, Orchestration, Provisioning, Inventory Management, and Product Catalogue.
Expertise in 4G/5G technologies, BSS integrations, cloud-native architectures, and telecom operational processes.
