We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Events Industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client relationship management, and event coordination, with the ability to convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through corporate and individual clients.
Meet clients, understand their event requirements, and present suitable event solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until closure.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and event briefings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Build and maintain robust client relationships for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM/database and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Sales / Business Development / Client Servicing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Solid presentation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Salary
Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
