Role Description The Charter Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the sales team in responding to client inquiries, preparing charter quotations, and following up with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include assisting with customer communication, maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM tools, coordinating with operations teams for flight-related information, and learning the end-to-end charter sales process.

The role also involves supporting customer service activities, participating in basic sales training,



and contributing to marketing and sales initiatives as needed. This position offers hands-on exposure to charter aviation sales in a structured, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and team members.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, provide timely support, and ensure a positive client experience.

Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries into bookings.

Candidates should possess an interest or basic exposure to Training and Sales Management concepts to support sales processes and learn best practices.

Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, robust organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.

Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
