Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in corporate, enterprise, and institutional sectors.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Promote IT products and solutions including desktops, laptops, servers, networking, storage, surveillance, peripherals, and IT services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for solution proposals.
Prepare business presentations, quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners for business development activities.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions regularly.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
