Position Title: SSD India Manager
Purpose of Function
As manager for Service solution Development team in India, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the team, and a close liaising with stake holders in India and Lubeck
Your responsibilities: Managing SSD team in India (Knowledge, People, Projects and Performance)

Collaborate with the Global Service team to define and implement SSD India operational strategy aligned with global objectives

Develop a thorough understanding of SSD scope, requirements, products, projects, and roadmap; plan and execute effective knowledge transfer to the India team

Lead, manage, and develop teams by fostering a culture of accountability and high performance; monitor execution across projects and workstreams

Identify skill and capability gaps and ensure appropriate training and development plans are implemented

Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders to measure operational effectiveness

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives with a focus on quality, productivity, and process efficiency

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal company policies





Promote and embed the Company s values, vision, and code of conduct across the operations organization

Profile

Education: Bachelor/Master s degree in engineering (Computer science, Electronics, others)

MBA valuable to have

Experience in managing team

Experience of SW product innovation and development

Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with strong technical understanding

Experience in working with international development partners

Experience of Agile SW development methodology

Business fluent in English, German optional
Positive to have:

Understanding of Service business: positive to have Experience in SW product development and maintenance

Fair understanding of Service business

Understanding of Medical capital equipment business

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
Location: Pune
