Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate the interview process,



including providing feedback to candidates and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
Coordination with clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Assist with onboarding activities for recent hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.
Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
