Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Explore new business prospects in IT services and software solutions
Make connections through LinkedIn, social media, references, networking, cold calling, and online platforms
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, and presentations
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and project discussions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Follow up with prospects and maintain proper sales pipeline records
Coordinate with technical and management teams for project discussions
Plan business strategies based on market opportunities and client requirements
Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Maintain CRM data and update lead status regularly
Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events
Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions
Knowledge of lead generation and client handling
Ability to negotiate and close deals
Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales tools
Basic understanding of Mobile Apps, Websites, AI Automation, ERP, CRM, and Digital Solutions
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Valuable planning and follow-up skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development or IT Sales
Experience in software company or IT services industry preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
Professional attitude with strong relationship-building skills
