Role Overview We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This is a front-line revenue role focused on generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and building a robust sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a solid communicator with a proactive mindset, eager to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify key decision-makers and understand business needs
Qualify leads based on ICP and buying intent




Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
Follow up with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation strategies
Support onboarding and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Consistently meet daily/weekly outreach and monthly pipeline targets

Preferred Skills
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
High energy, resilience, and target-driven mindset
Basic understanding of SaaS products and sales funnels
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting
