E-commerce Category Intern (3 Months) Role Overview

We are hiring an enthusiastic E-commerce Category Intern who is eager to learn how online marketplaces grow products, sellers, and categories. This role provides hands-on exposure to category management, product strategy, and seller growth within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

You will work closely with the category and business teams to identify trends, support sellers, and build strategies that improve product performance and revenue. Key Responsibilities

Research market trends and identify high-demand products across categories

Support creation and planning of new SKUs based on current market demand

Guide sellers in creating effective product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing inputs, images guidance)

Analyze competitor pricing and assortment to suggest improvements for sellers

Work with the business team to identify category gaps and revenue prospects





Assist in building category growth and marketplace expansion strategies Eligibility Criteria

0–1 year of experience (internship or academic projects in e-commerce/marketing preferred)

Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / B.Com / Marketing / Business / E-commerce

Robust interest in online marketplaces and digital commerce

Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for research and analysis
