Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development skilled to expand and manage strategic accounts. The role involves identifying recent partnership opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing end to end relationship lifecycle with partners.

This position requires strong commercial acumen, an understanding of B2B sales and Collection knowledge and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential Banks& NBFCs

Drive revenue growth through new partnerships and existing partner expansion

Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic partnership agreements

Design and structure partnership models aligned with business objectives

Collaborate with cross functional teams for smooth onboardings

Track volumes, revenue, performance metrics, and P&L; of accounts.





Optimise partner performance through continuous engagement and strategic inputs

0 to 5 years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development within the fintech domain.

Solid understanding of B2B sales and Collection Knowledge.

MBA from a reputed institute preferred

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to create impactful presentations and confidently present to senior stakeholders.

Open to extensive travel as per business requirements
