:- COMPUTER OPERATOR (COMMAND & CONTROL CENTER)

Key Requirements
Must have valuable typing skills in both English and Hindi.
Must be able to read, write, and speak Hindi and English fluently.
Must have good knowledge of computer applications and basic computer operations.
Should be familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and internet usage.
Should have basic knowledge of computer terminology and software.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails, and chat support.
Enter and maintain customer data accurately.




Respond to customer inquiries in Hindi and English.
Maintain records and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Ensure timely and qualified customer service.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
