We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive . The ideal candidate must have their own direct clients and hard-core sales experience in US IT staffing/recruitment, with extensive direct experience working with US clients. This role requires a proven track record of managing client relationships, meeting targets, and delivering results within high turnaround time expectations. Key Requirements:

· Must have own direct clients and hard-core sales experience in US IT staffing/recruitment

· Extensive direct experience working with US clients in the IT staffing/recruitment industry

· Strong record of achieving sales, delivery, and account growth targets

· Ability to manage client expectations and maintain long-term business relationships

· Experience handling high TAT requirements with strong ownership and follow-through

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced staffing, recruitment, or consulting workplace
