Role Description This is a full-time, in office CCTV Technician role based in Pune City. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems and related security equipment at client locations. Daily tasks include performing site surveys, routing and connecting cables, setting up cameras and recording devices, testing system performance, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

The role involves coordinating with project managers and clients to understand requirements, documenting installations and service activities, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company procedures. The technician will also provide user guidance on system operation and support ongoing maintenance to ensure reliable and secure surveillance solutions. Qualifications





Candidates should possess skills in CCTV Installation, including camera setup, cabling, device configuration, and basic networking related to surveillance systems.

Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, repair, and optimize CCTV hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, explain technical details clearly, and provide professional in office support.

Candidates should possess awareness of Hazardous Materials and safety practices to work safely with electrical components, tools, and installation environments.

Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is beneficial.

Experience with IP-based CCTV systems, NVR/DVR configuration, and basic networking (routers, switches) is an advantage.

Ability to read technical diagrams, follow installation manuals, and maintain accurate service documentation is preferred.

Willingness to travel within Pune City for on-site installations and service calls as required.
