Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present menu items to KOVFI standards.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Monitor inventory and reduce food wastage.
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
Experience as a CDP or similar role.
Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.
Ability to work under pressure.
