Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per hotel standards.
Manage daily kitchen operations within the assigned section.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with daily operations.
Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience as a CDP2 Chef in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and food production.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced setting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for cooking and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
