Manage and monitor the operations of multiple CDX outlets within the assigned region. Visit colleges, universities, hospitals, and institutions to promote the CDX format and identify potential recent locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and decision-makers.

Drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility across all CDX outlets. Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, food safety, and service quality. Train and mentor outlet teams for effective operations and superior customer service.

Conduct periodic performance reviews, audits, and operational evaluations. Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and brand activations. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency across outlets.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to handle multi-location operations. Proficiency in MS Office and basic POS systems. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
