Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for an Article Assistant, based in Bengaluru.

The Article

Assistant will support the team in performing audits, preparing financial reports, maintaining compliance with tax regulations, assisting with corporate filings, and contributing to start-up advisory tasks.

Responsibilities also include researching and analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and supporting the preparation of various corporate and tax documentation. Qualifications





Robust understanding of auditing and assurance processes, including related standards and compliance requirements

Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the ability to research and analyze financial data

Familiarity with tax laws, corporate law, and regulations relevant to compliance and filings

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and accounting software

Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Work Exposure
