This is a full time, in office DOP and Video Editor role based in Chandigarh. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and composition to achieve the desired visual style. The DOP and Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production, from capturing footage to editing, color grading, and integrating graphics or motion elements.

Responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, organizing and managing media assets, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project timelines. The role also requires maintaining equipment, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing ideas to improve visual storytelling and production quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and camera operation, with a solid understanding of lighting and shot composition.

Candidates should possess professional-level Video Editing skills,



including proficiency with industry-standard editing software and workflow management.

Candidates should possess expertise in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across projects.

Candidates should possess abilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics creation to enhance video content with titles, overlays, and visual elements.

Relevant experience as a DOP and Video Editor in a studio or agency environment, preferably with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Robust attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.

Knowledge of current video production technologies, file formats, and best practices for digital and web distribution.

A degree, diploma, or formal training in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial.
