We are seeking a full time Business Development Manager to join our team in office in Kerala. In this role, you will identify and develop business opportunities, build strong relationships with Doctors, hospitals and diagnostic lab partners, and create strategies to drive market growth.



You will manage client accounts, negotiate deals, and ensure successful implementation of the organization’s genomic solutions.

Responsibilities include market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and expand HaystackAnalytics' footprint. Qualifications

Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation

Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills

Market Research and Strategic Planning capabilities

Understanding of Genomics, PCR and Healthcare Technology preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, or related field

Ability to work in office and travel as required

Prior experience in healthcare business or diagnostics sales is an advantage
