We are a well established Chartered Accountant firm based in Kottayam, committed to delivering high-quality audit, taxation, advisory, and compliance services across diverse industries. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Inter / CA Finalist to join our team as an Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and supervise statutory, internal, tax, and concurrent audits.

Lead audit assignments independently and manage audit teams effectively.

Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other statutory regulations.

Identify control weaknesses, operational risks, and recommend practical improvements.

Prepare audit reports, management letters, and presentations for clients.

Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance assignments.

Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Guide and mentor article assistants and junior team members.

Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining the firm's quality standards.





Desired Qualifications & Skills CA Inter qualified or CA Finalist.

2–5 years of experience in audit and taxation within a Chartered Accountant firm.

Strong knowledge of

Statutory Audit

Internal Audit

Income Tax

GST

TDS Compliance

Companies Act and MCA filings

Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime and ERP systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Solid analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Ability to lead teams, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel for audit assignments within Kerala when required.
