The candidates shall be responsible for the overall development, growth, planning, organizing, profitability, and coordinating the daily skilled operations of the Centre as given below:-
Business Development / Sales: Planning and execution of of business development activities viz College / internal seminars/webinars, auto / bus branding, kiosk activity, job fair etc
Telesales: Supporting the telesales department in getting admissions, conducting 2nd level calls, attending to walk ins, referrals
Admissions: Overseeing all admissions, onboarding process of students, student documentation.
Academics: Allocating batches, allocating trainers, Ensuring smooth execution of lesson plan,



conducting of exams, issue of books / learning material / LMS, issue of certificates
Student Welfare : Resolving student issues, ensuring high student retention
ERP: Updating of all activities in Transorze ERP
Administration: Upkeep and maintenance of facility, equipment, and infrastructure.
HR: Supporting in recruitment, employee retention, mentoring of staff, identifying deficiencies and rectification of the same
Finance: Follow up for pending fees. Coordination for student loans
Placements: Arranging soft skills training for students, coordinating for recruitment drives.

3 to 5 years of experience as a centre manager of an educational institution Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
